For this reason, we&#8217;ve decided to collect our own data on the workplace issues that matter most to each of us &#8211; across provinces, offices, and demographics.<\/p><div><p><strong>This quick survey should take no more than 5 minutes to complete.<br \/><\/strong><br \/>As always, your identity and perspective, obtained via surveys or personal conversations, will never be shared with the employer.<\/p><\/div><div><p>Although voicing our opinions in the workplace can often feel futile, we believe that together, we have the power to make workplace improvements that would positively impact our work lives, our personal lives, as well as our communities and the people we serve.
