As a CMHC employee, you may have taken CMHC’s “Pulse Check Survey” and wondered whether or not your feedback was truly taken into consideration. For this reason, we’ve decided to collect our own data on the workplace issues that matter most to each of us – across provinces, offices, and demographics.

Although voicing our opinions in the workplace can often feel futile, we believe that together, we have the power to make workplace improvements that would positively impact our work lives, our personal lives, as well as our communities and the people we serve. The first step is collecting data and identifying what matters most which will shape how we move forward.
